LEADERSHIP
Chukwuemeka Joseph
Chukwuemeka Joseph is an accomplished and certified Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and a Certified Quantitative Finance (CQF) professional, accredited by Dr. Paul Wilmott. Chukwuemeka has proven leadership in implementing sophisticated risk management frameworks, including Basel II & III Market Risk Capital, Solvency II, Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) for insurers, Total Risk Profiling for operational risks, and Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAAP) for liquidity risk measurement. His professional experience spans over a decade across banking, asset management, pensions, and insurance. He currently serves as an Associate Director at Leadway, where he leads the Enterprise Risk Management practice.
Opeoluwa O.A.
Opeoluwa O.A. is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in risk management, business valuation, financial and quantitative modeling, and financial analysis using advanced tools such as Advanced Excel, R and Python. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, an MSc in Financial Engineering from the World Quant University, USA, and is a Certified Quant (CQF) from Fitch Learning. Opeoluwa has a robust background in corporate finance, having facilitated numerous courses and training programs that delve into financial decision-making within corporations and academic institutions (including ACCA, ICAN and CIMA classes). His expertise encompasses analyzing investment opportunities, determining funding sources, and making critical financial choices that impact organizational success.
